A prestigious hotel in the Diplomatic Area of West Bay. This distinctive tower will be 52 floors in height, including a feature, cantilevered swimming pool on the 33rd floor. This 5 star hotel will include 5 restaurants, Ballroom, Health Club and Spa, Executive Business Centre together with 120 serviced apartments and 320 guest rooms.

We are supporting the Client on all aspects of the project including Project and Design Management, HS&E Management, QA/QC Management and Construction Management.
